Birth Certificate and Residency Documents

NOTE:  As of Spring 2018 Registration, it is required to have a birth certificate uploaded to EACH participant's profile.  If you do not, registration will force you to update that participant's profile with a copy of the birth certificate even if you are not registering that player.  If you do not wish to update that participant you can archive that participant profile.  Edit the participant and scroll all the way to the bottom.  Click on the Archive button.


  1. Log into your account on www.gvll.org.

      
     
  2. On My Account, go to the participant and click on the edit icon.



  3. Click on Upload Birth Certificate, browse to the your scanned or photographed image of the birth certificate (valid formats are pdf, png, jpeg, jpg, or gif) by clicking on Choose File, then click Upload.





  4. Once complete, it will look like this:



  5. Follow the same steps for each of the required residency documents.  Little League International requirements.



  6. Then scroll to the bottom and click update.  If you do not click Update, the birth certificate will NOT be saved to the account.
