GVLL's procedure to communicate game/practice/event cancellations is as follows:
- Commissioners will notify team Manager who will then send e-mails to the parents notifying them of any scheduled event cancellations. We attempt to give as much time as possible for these cancellations, however, weather can be unexpected.
- Additionally, GVLL will attempt to update the field status on the website as well as update our Facebook Page and Twitter accounts. Please follow/subscribe to these but the main means of communication is via your team Manager.
- Finally, GVLL will communicate the status of events, not the township flags systems or township websites.
Also, keep in mind, the volunteers that handle the notifications all have jobs and are doing the best they can to get you the information as quickly as possible.
